Production Pioner boats are produced in one of the most technically advanced factories in the world. With more than 40 years experience and over 400.00 boats produced we believethat no one else can match our expertise. Pioner boats are a genuine "high-tech" product in every way and the advanced technology is exploited in every way to produce user friendly boats for a wide range of uses.

Polyethylene. All Pioner boats are made of polyethylene. The coloured polyethylene powder is poured into a steel or aluminium mould which is then put into a large oven where is rotaded , depositing the molten plastic around the inside of the mould. The result is a homogeneous coloured product where the double skin is moulded without joints or welding. The material is UV stabilised and can withstand anything from arctic cold to tropical heat without weakening. Scientists report that the life of the material is almost infinite and also 100% recyclable.
In harmony with the future. The obligation to produce enviromentaly friendly products becomes more important every day. We are therefore proud to meet the new millenium with Pioner boats that are 100% recyclable. Pioner boats also have longer life compared with most other boats - and this is also an environmental advantage.
Designers. Our boats are developed and produced in Norway, a country with a very exposed coastline. It has been said that "a boatgood enough for Norway is good enough for the rest of the world". Pioner boats are Designed by internationally recognised Norwegian Designers, such as Eivind Amble (Windy, Fjord, Saga and specialist boats such as lifeboats etc), and Helge Duus (Ibiza, Master, Viknes, etc). Pioner s own team of designers, technicians and testers participates actively in the whole development process.
Cipax. The Cipax factories makes thousands of Pioner boats every year. All models are subject to continuous development of both constructio and function, so you are guaranteed a top quality, modern boat when you buy a Pioner. All modifications are stringently tested by our experienced drivers out on the water so that any potential faults are detected and eliminated before our products reach the market
All Pioner boats are moulded in one piece without seams or joints, which means that they have huge reserves of buoyancy and they are unsincable.
